Job Details

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical support to production and ensure equipment is capable of full operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure machines are operating properly for the intended manufacturing process within validated condition.
- Lead the Preventive Maintenance activities and spare part management.
- Ensure compliance in record safekeeping, GMP, and HSE requirement.
- Assist equipment and process validation activities executing test cases, machine operators training, data compilation and report out.
- Assist continuous improvement activities to increase manufacturing throughput and enhance quality, inclusive of jigs/ fixtures design, OEE/OPE analysis and KAIZEN activities.

Requirement:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience.
- Knowledge in maintenance with direct exposure in handling automated mechanical and electro-pneumatics systems will be an added advantage.
