**TUJUAN JAWATAN**:
Peranan ini membantu pentadbiran jualan untuk memastikan operasi perniagaan yang lancar. Mengurus dokumen jualan (quotation, invoice, order form), urusan supplier dan direkod dengan tepat dalam sistem syarikat. Menyokong operasi jualan dari segi pentadbiran, pengurusan pelanggan dan penyediaan dokumen.

**TUGAS & TANGGUNGJAWAB**:

- Menyediakan quotation, invoice, DO (Delivery Order) dan resit untuk pelanggan.
- Menyemak dan mengemas kini status bayaran pelanggan dalam sistem Autocount
- Menyusun dan mengurus fail pelanggan serta dokumen jualan secara fizikal & digital.
- Menyemak tempahan dan menyelaras tarikh dengan Operation Team.
- Mengurus purchase order & pembayaran supplier.
- Menyemak kontrak & MOU antara Syarikat dengan vendor atau pelanggan.
- Mengurus sistem ePerolehan & dokumen statutory
- Mengambil bahagian semasa event rasmi / besar.

**GAJI & FAEDAH**:

- Gaji Asas: RM2,200 - RM2,800
- Elaun Makan : RM200
- KWSP, SOCSO, EIS

- Elaun & Bonus Prestasi

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
