**Job Title**: Restaurant Supervisor
**Location**: Sambal Bakar Malaya (SBM), Puncak Alam
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Restaurant Operations**:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service, ensuring adherence to SBM's standards.
- Implement and enforce the restaurant’s SOPs to guarantee consistency in service.
- **Staff Management**:
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure excellent performance.
- Prepare weekly staff schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels during shifts.
- Lead by example and assist in staff development, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to address any concerns, updates, or operational changes.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and address any complaints or issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and continuously work on enhancing customer experience.
- **Inventory & Stock Control**:
- Oversee inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to manage order deliveries and inventory checks.
- **Financial Responsibilities**:
- Assist with cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
- Help in identifying ways to improve profitability without compromising quality.
- **Compliance & Health Safety**:
- Ensure that all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are strictly followed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper food handling.
- Keep the restaurant compliant with local laws and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
