**Responsibilities**:

- To develop new business opportunities
- To develop sales and marketing strategics to achieve company’s objectives
- To work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve objectives
- Setting appointment with potential customer in any industry
- Responsible in building and maintaining good relationship with new and existing customer
- Responsible in conducting business proposal and presentation to customer
- Responsible for leads generation
- Cold calling to assigned leads
- Introduce solutions and services to assigned leads/clients
- Develop relationships with assigned leads/clients
- Respond to sales inquiries/requests in a timely manner
- Promote sales of products and services to achieve allocated sales targets
- Work with customers and principals in sales activities like presentation, quotation, specification confirmation, negotiation, commissioning / acceptance and post-sale service
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers, principals and vendors
- Conduct evaluation for system, parts and materials with customers
- Execute plans to increase customers base for products and services in assigned region
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- You will represent ININTERIOR by targeting potential clients, project partners and collaborators, identifying opportunities, building relationships and creating direct and indirect advocacy affiliations to expend IN INTERIOR competitive position.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 year of working experience in the related field
- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in the related field
- Excellent communication skills, results oriented, dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, well organized and with great people management skills.
- The capability to communicate and influence ideas across to team members
- Has strong listening skills - including the capacity to recognize and act upon key issues arising from meetings and discussions.
- Good written and oral communication skill. Able to conversant in English, Malay & Mandarin.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
