We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager** to drive growth and strategic partnerships within the energy and renewables sector. The role involves developing business strategies, identifying opportunities, and building strong client and partner relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Identify and build relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market initiatives.
- Support proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Track KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 6-15 years’ experience in business development, strategic planning, or financial evaluation (energy/renewables preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Degree or Master’s in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in CRM tools, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to shape strategies and build impactful partnerships in the growing renewables industry.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
