Assist in the day to day office administration tasks
- Do report and fill the claim form to secure it's claimable by the end of the month
- Handle the daily attendance, personal leave and personal records
- Willing to travel for site visit for the new and existing projects
- Make sure the filing system is efficiency maintained
- Do costing and budgeting for any projects
- Do renewal license for the company or PBT
- Do 5S - ISO requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in this field will be advantage
- Proficiency in software skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
- A good team player, aggressive with positive attitude.
- Meticulous attention to details with a strong focus on the accuracy and efficiency.
- Know 5S- ISO Requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,704.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
