**POSITION : ADMIN ASSISTANT**
- Responsible for general office administration.
- Managing calls and visitors.
- Prepared and type documents for Management.
- Organise effective filing system.
- Handling employee records.
- Assisting the Administrative Executive on administrative general work.
- Assisting the Administrative Executive on handling the customer service matters.
**Handling the staff leaves record and the process such as;**
ii. Preparing chart/table on leaves taken by staff.
iii. Acting as liaison personnel w.c.t. employee’s leaves record.
**Stock and Inventory Item**:
i. Assisting in updating the Company’s item inventories.
ii. Updating the office stationary and groceries stock.
iii. Ensuring the office stationary and groceries are well maintained.
- Assisting and updating the file record system for the section.
- Handling the process of posting and receiving mails or parcels.
- Arranging for Despatch works.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum Diploma.
- Preferably with working experience.
- Willing to learn
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
- Have good phone manners.
- Can start immediately / As soon as possible
- Willing to travel from current factory at Semenyih to new factory at Kepong
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Semenyih (43500): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
