**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Liaise with the customer service department regarding daily activity.
- Support customer service in processing transfer orders, monitoring sales orders, receiving purchase order (PO) and processing it in the system.
- Liaise with the warehouse department regarding daily activities.
- Ensure manual delivery order and dispatch note follow-up in the right procedures.
- Assist to plan shipments & activities based on requirements.
- Communicate and give instructions to the delivery driver regarding the collection or delivery address information.
- Manage customer purchase orders/ sales orders, from picking list still invoice status.
- Filling & perform other routine clerical tasks
- Ad-hoc support which is assigned by management from time to time. Looking for someone with the right attitude and who is willing to take initiative to go the extra mile to ensure an effective working environment.

**Education/Skills/Knowledge**:

- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Customer Service/Logistics or equivalent is preferred.
- Preferably with 1 year & above experience in the related field.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
- Knowledge of computers is essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to work in a teamwork environment and with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
