**Role**:
Assist the Accounts Department in managing daily financial records, reconciliations, and reporting for remittance and foreign exchange operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record daily transactions, invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform reconciliations of bank, branch, and agent accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure proper filing of financial documents in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Handle petty cash and staff claims.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years’ relevant experience (experience in MSB/banking is an advantage).
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and trustworthy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
