Manage staff recruitment including (advertising, shortlisting, interview arranging, on-boarding) and employment matter.
- Monitor growth of skill of employee and arrange training or course accordingly.
- Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for employment documents.
- Organize employee engagement activities i.e. festive celebration, monthly birthday etc.
- Update employee's attendance, monitoring and manage leave record.
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management including process wages, allowances, commissions, overtimes, deductions and others.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF) regarding monthly statutory submission.
- Monitor employee benefits
- Handle staff grievance and discipline issue such as counseling and solve problem between staff and department.
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Requirement:

- **Minimum 2-3 years working experience in HR & Admin** is preferred
- **Experience in payroll processing** and preferably familiar with EPE payroll system
- **Familiar with Employment Act** is an added advantage
- Computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Office, Payroll software etc.
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic, proactive, responsible, committed, and good working attitude
- Adaptive and reception to change
- Passion & enthusiastic in HR & Admin functions

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
