**Key Responsibilities**:
(a)To ensure timeliness, completeness and the accuracy of Financial records including, but not limited to the following:
**Accounts Payable**:

- Receipt of incoming invoices from suppliers and staff claims.
- Obtain necessary verification, supporting documents & approval for incoming invoices and staff claims
- Coding of General Ledger Account Codes for all invoices and staff claims
- Update of Accounts Payable Sub-Ledgers with expense details (Perform AP Invoice Entry in Financial System)
- Update of Accounts Payable Sub-Ledger with payment details (Perform AP Payment Entry in Financial System)
- Issuance of cheque or telegraphic transfer payable to suppliers and staff
- Update of cash balance worksheet with payment issued on a daily basis
- Liaison with suppliers and staff for any inquiry
- Perform creditors reconciliation

**Account Receivable**:

- Issue invoices for management fees and payment on behalf together with the supporting documents
- Perform monthly AR reconciliation
- Update of Accounts Receivable Sub-Ledgers with income details (Perform AR Invoice Entry in Financial System)
- Update of Accounts Receivable Sub-Ledger with collection details (Perform AR Receipt Entry in Financial System)
- Issuance of official receipt to customers
- Update of cash balance worksheet with collection received on a daily basis
- Liaison with customers for any inquiry or reconciliations

**General Ledger**:

- To prepare bank reconciliations
- To prepare balance sheets reconciliations
- To perform inter-company reconciliations
- To prepare general ledger analysis for tax computations
- To prepare monthly interest calculations

( b) To assist and support supervisors on:

- budgeting/forecasting activities
- audited financial statements and its supporting schedules
- projects or ad-hoc jobs as assigned
- general administrative work within the team

**Key Requirement**:

- **12 Months Contract Position.**:

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
