**Join our Cybersecurity Consulting firm based in Kuala Lumpur as a Project Manager or Project Executive. In these roles, you will be pivotal in leading and delivering projects that provide robust cybersecurity solutions to our clients.**

**You are expected to manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, aiming for high client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Scope Definition: Define project scope and objectives, create detailed project plans, and assign tasks to team members. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations, build strong relationships with project sponsors, and regularly present project updates and results.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Keep track of project progress and resource usage, initiate corrective measures when needed, and ensure that project milestones are met within established timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early, devise contingency plans,and adaptively manage project changes to optimize resource use.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate effective team collaboration and communication to avoid task duplication and oversights.
- Project Documentation: Participate in developing project proposals and execution materials. Ensure that client deliverables conform to the project specifications.
- Proposal Development: Craft detailed project proposals for clients and stakeholders that align with both their needs and our business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee client communications, including project updates and technical advisories, to maintain high-quality standards.
- Project Evaluation: Perform evaluations after project completion to determine management effectiveness and incorporate improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Required : Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Project Executive, particularly in cybersecurity, IT, or a related sector.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and presentations.
- Capability to manage multiple, complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic decision-making skills.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
