**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and implements operational strategies, policies, and procedures to

improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborates with other departmental teams to establish business goals,

objectives, and targets.
- Monitors and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement

and implement corrective actions.
- Ensures client satisfaction by meeting deadlines and reducing the cost of

operations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies,

quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Manages and allocates resources effectively, including budgeting, staffing, and

equipment planning.
- Implements quality control measures to ensure service consistency and customer

satisfaction.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients,

suppliers, and business partners.
- Leads and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and

performance feedback.
- Analyzes operational data and generate reports to track performance, identify

trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline operations and

reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements

to drive innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Electronics/Electrical /Industrial/Mechanical or its

equivalent.
- For those with a Diploma certificate must possess more than 10 years of

experience in EMS and box built with strong mechanical and electronics knowledge.
- Strong knowledge in In-circuit Test, basic circuity design, PCBA and Process

Management are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of operational principles, methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Good at making decisions and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, IATF, ISO14064/Green House

Protocol.
- Strong conceptualization and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in

verbal and written English including presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills, meticulous, result oriented, organized, detailed and

committed to deadlines.
- Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in

a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate with proficiency in using software and tools for data analysis,

project management and process optimization knowledge in MS
- Able to speak and read in Mandarin will be added advantage.

**Salary**: RM8,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
