Functional Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Functional Consultant** with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to drive strategic rollouts and ongoing Salesforce administration across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region. You will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. Fluency in Chinese is essential for engaging with regional teams and users.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as a Salesforce functional expert and primary point of contact for business stakeholders, understanding their processes and requirements
- Lead Salesforce configuration and administration tasks including user management, security settings, permissions and license allocations
- Design, create and maintain reports, dashboards and analytics to support business decision-making
- Configure Salesforce features such as Flows, Process Builder, page layouts, record types, quick actions and custom settings to optimize user experience and business workflows
- Understand Apex code to assist with technical investigations and troubleshooting, collaborating with developers as needed (no coding required)
- Drive adoption by training and supporting end-users across the region
- Manage Salesforce rollouts and changes across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with overall business goals

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to engage effectively with regional stakeholders
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Deep understanding of Salesforce user and license management, security model (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Experience configuring Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, page layouts, record types and related tools
- Ability to read and interpret Apex code to support investigations and troubleshooting (coding not required)
- Proficient in creating and managing reports and dashboards
- Solid data management skills, including importing and analyzing data from spreadsheets
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and training capabilities
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours aligned with APAC time zones

**Nice to have**
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience managing Salesforce deployments or rollouts across multiple countries
- Familiarity with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP) a plus
