**Full-time - Functional Solutions Consultant**

As a Functional Solutions Consultant, you will facilitate the functional requirements of a project implementation. You will also be involved in pre-sales, system implementation, and customer success to help customers learn and adopt our learning technologies in their day-to-day business operations.

**Job Descriptions**
- Guide clients during system implementation on the functionality of the system
- Provide global best practices and advice clients on how the system can meet their requirements
- Provide strategic advise on using technology to achieve goals
- Will be involved in the UAT stage with the client to ensure their business scenarios can be managed using the system
- Will be involved in RFP providing feedback on the functionality of the system
- Preparation of project documentation throughout the implementation stage
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Lead Consultant

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Familiar with machine learning and AI
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willing to travel to visit clients.
- High emotional intelligence and strong people skills
- Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, and result-driven
- A thinker, not a doer.
- Good time and stress management
