**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sector
- Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spending time traveling between locations
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.

**PLEASE NOTE: Successful Applicants must be willing to attend on job training in Johor Bahru HQ office for 2 weeks. Accommodation and Transportation will be prepared by company.**
