**Job Summary**
Responsible for handling inquiries from customers and sales representatives regarding the company’s products and services. This includes researching and gathering information from internal policies, procedures, and documentation, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues, and ensuring customers are informed of updates and solutions in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in product selection, sizing, configuration, and pricing to match customer requirements.
- Support the quotation and order placement process, ensuring accurate details and timely order entry.
- Maintain and update product-specific databases.
- Handle customer and sales representative complaints, following the formal complaint resolution process when necessary.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technological developments, and updates to customer portals.
- Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Participate in operations meetings to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Conduct root cause analyses for order discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Act as lead trainer for new customer service representatives and provide guidance to the semi-customer service team on order entry processes and standards.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Preferably with a background in technology or technical fields, or at least 2-3 years of experience in industrial measurement and control.
- Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience, ideally in specifying or quoting industrial instrumentation.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in a US-based MNC is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to maintain positive relationships through effective problem resolution.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
