**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assist MCSO to manage an automotive service centre day-to-day operating activities and performances.
- Oversee, direct and guide subordinates in the service centre day-to-day operating activities, inclusive of conducting briefings and regular meetings on the latest operational updates.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and improvising service standard operation procedures (SOP), sales and operation performance.
- Maintain good rapport relationship with the client and customers, and ensure customers receive nothing but the best customer experience.
- Responsible in proposing budgets, departmental performance and profitability, and overall management.
- Ensure all the standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to, and the cleanliness of the service area, tools and equipment are well kept and maintained.
- Monitoring and ensure that inventory of parts, accessories, lubricants, tools, facilities are maintained in good condition.
- Carry out audit on the service workshop including 5S, hand tools and equipment supplied.
- Complete any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management or superiors.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive and/or its related academic qualification.
- At least 3 years of working experience or 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- A team player and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Presentation).
- Experienced in managing service centre operation and manpower.
- Result oriented, customer focus, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good in planning, budgeting and running a service centre/workshop.
- Ability in providing solution and justifiable decision making.
- Excel supervision, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
