We are looking for a HR Executive with a focus on Retail to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations tailored to our unique industry needs. You will play a key role in supporting our perfume retail divisions, ensuring effective HR management and fostering a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail, non
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

2. Employee Relations:

- Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues for both perfume and retail employees.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.

3. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs specific to retail staff and develop training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives.

4. Performance Management:

- Administer performance appraisal processes, provide feedback to management, and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate and retain talent.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Human Resources or related fields are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
