- Diploma or above, with at least 1-2 years working experiences in Sales, Business Development or Customer
- Services field is an advantage

- Self-motivated and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Malaysian and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under a fast-changing environment
- Immediate available is preferred

**Job responsibilities**
- Handle both wholesales customers and own retail’s enquiries, orders and delivery management
- Provide reports or data regularly to Sales Team or Customers as per manager’s request
- Handle all delivery issues & discrepancies
- Assist in order management including replenishment order and Customer PO follow up
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery service providers on all daily non-order or special delivery request
- Support ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned by manager from time to time

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
