Our client, a charitable foundation based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a **Secretary/Personal Assistant**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule Management: Organize the Principal Officer’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and manage conflicts.
- Document Management: Review and organize documents for signature, maintaining a confidential filing system.
- Meeting Arrangements: Plan internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodations, ensuring alignment with the Principal Officer’s schedule.
- Administrative Support: Serve as the main contact for the Principal Officer, managing correspondence and general office tasks. Help build professional relationships with external stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Assist with logístical planning for foundation events, ensuring smooth participation.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in a secretarial or administrative assistant capacity.
- Experience collaborating with senior management or within a non-profit organization is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary, with proficiency in additional languages considered beneficial.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential, along with familiarity with scheduling tools and travel reservation systems.
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential information is required.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities are crucial.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
