Job Title: Secretary to CEO

Location: Menara BRDB, Bangsar

Employment Type: Full-time Mon - Friday

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform general secretarial and administrative duties for the CEO

Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)

Arrange CEO’s travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and restaurant arrangements.

Track CEO’s monthly expenses and handle basic account entries

Coordinate internal and external meetings.

Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and information.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:
Minimum Diploma qualification / Degree preferred

At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary, PA, or in an Administrative role

Fluent in English, both written & verbal

Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

ISO experience or training is preferred

Experience in marketing/ corporate communications / PR is an advantage

Strong organisational, communication, and multi-tasking skills

Positive attitude and ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
