Account & Warehouse Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts and Billing**:
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure they are up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
**Shopee/Lazada Online Orders**:
- Manage and process online orders, including order verification, tracking, and updating the system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries related to online transactions.
**Administrative Support**:
- Support general office duties, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist in stock-related tasks such as inventory updates and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operational flow.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in processing orders from **Lazada** and **Shopee** or similar platforms.
- Proven experience handling high-demand campaigns such as **9/9, 11/11, and 12/12**.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage **high-volume billing**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, including advanced formulas (PIVOT, VLOOKUP).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines daily.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in **basic English**.
- Have basic knowledge in **Accounting**.
**Additional Information**:
- Training on **Navision** will be provided.
- Work in a **basic English-speaking environment**.
- Permanent employment.
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
