**Executive, Project & Operation**

We are looking for an ambitious, diligent and resourceful Project and Operation Executive to manage projects and operation of our businesses.

Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in multi-language (English, Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia). Ability to communicate in Mandarin dialects is a plus.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to resourcefully find solutions to challenges that arise.
- Able to work independently but also contribute in team.
- Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline. Finance and accounting background is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates, who are able to exhibit required personalities/strengths, are encourage to apply.
- Responsibility- Participate and contribute in project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with management and other stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple concurrent projects, including resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Monitor and report on project KPIs, SLAs, and other performance indicators to ensure successful delivery against defined success criteria
- Escalate project risks and issues to management in a timely manner for resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of project tasks and deliverables
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project efficiency and quality
- Conduct post-project reviews to document successes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to inform project planning and execution
- Communicate with team and management on a regular basis
- Oversee the daily functions of the project or business
- Give suggestions for operational improvements
