- Familiar with the PCB/Board design process
- Project/Program management skills with the ability to create process and follow through

Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in the following:

- High Speed board design related experience
- Technical leadership role, with a focus on program management within the semiconductor industry
- Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- PMP or other project management certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor large teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee and navigate project risks and issues.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large scale, high complexity projects on time and within budget.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
