Perform daily purchasing tasks, including receive Purchase Requisition, issuing Purchase Orders, and preparing documentation for the Person in Charge of Purchase Requisition.
- Researching vendors, negotiating contracts, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
- Handle and monitor new vendor registration.
- Receive Purchase Assessment form for new (1st time) purchase items or request for any replacement or repairing work for equipment, tools or building.
- Ensure all incoming Purchase Requisitions are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure Invoices and Delivery Order sent to Account department.
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required from management.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in related field.
- Preferably with 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): English and Malay.
- Possess good communication skills, interpersonal expertise and positive working attitude.
- Required Skill(s): Computer Literacy.
- Good communication skills.
- Detailed oriented individual and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
