Accounts & HR Executive - Mandarin Needed

Skills **:Minimum 5 years experience in HR & Finance (Please go though the JD below)**
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in handling Accounting and HR
- Good working attitude
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle all Full set Accounts include General Ledger related matters
- Liaising with Bankers on banking activities such as Bank Guarantee, Banking Facilities, Bank balances etc.
- Preparing any reports that is required by the holding company e.g. Group Contribution report, Half Year report, Year End report, etc.
- Support the Audit activities & Tax Return preparation
- Bank reconciliation.
- Timely preparation and submission of Sales and Service Tax (SST) to Customs Department.
- Handle HR and assist in administrative works.
- Processing of monthly payroll for employees (EPF & Socso)
- Arrange for FOMEMA checking
- Coordinate with all Departments/IT department for system issues, maintenance and development such as production, purchasing, sales etc (Navision).
- Maintaining the products standard cost and pricing in system from time to time. Work on product costing/quotation from time to time
