HR Executive cum admin

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive cum Admin to join our team. This dual-function role will be key in managing the full spectrum of human resources activities while also overseeing essential office administrative support. You will ensure smooth operations, compliance with Malaysian labour law, and the maintenance of a positive, well-supported workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resources (HR)
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration – Process monthly payroll (overtime, allowances, incentives, commissions) and administer employee benefits accurately.
- Statutory Compliance – Manage EPF, SOCSO and PCB submissions, ensuring adherence to Malaysian regulatory requirements.
- Attendance & Leave Management – Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate HR databases and reports.
- HR Documentation & Policy Implementation – Prepare HR-related documents, employment contracts, memos, and communicate newly implemented company rules and regulations.
- Employee Relations – Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries, foster a positive workplace culture, and address issues effectively.
- Training & KPI Development – Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and manage KPIs to drive growth, productivity, and compliance.
B. General Administration (Admin)
- Office Supply & Asset Management – Manage and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items. Assist in maintaining records of company assets and inventory.
- Vendor & Service Coordination – Coordinate with office service providers (e.g., cleaning, utilities, maintenance) and handle related administrative correspondence and invoicing.
- General Office Support – Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services and assist with simple data entry or filing for general office needs, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR and a willingness to handle administrative duties are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices is essential.
- Experience with SQL is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin preferred, to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
