JOB DESCRIPTION
ADMIN ROLE
- Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials for roadshows, including banners, flags, buntings, catalogues, and other promotional items.
- Assist in sending catalogues, letters, and other correspondence to customers or government departments via email.
- Contribute to the creation and preparation of promotional videos for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Attend to walk-in customers in the showroom when sales personnel are unavailable.
- Prepare a weekly report on the total number of visitors and prospective customers, to be submitted every Saturday.
RECEPTIONIST ROLE
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and showroom area at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure that mineral water is always available for guests visiting the showroom
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Provide general information to clients and visitors about the organization.
- Assist in decorating the showroom for events and festive celebrations such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, and other special occasions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or front-desk roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance with a pleasant and positive attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to speak and write well in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
