Job Description:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and handle office correspondence efficiently.
  • Answer and route all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients, visitors, and internal staffs via phone, email, or in person.
  • Greet and attend to visiting clients and suppliers in a warm and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update inventory records for office equipment, stationery, and pantry supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation as required.
  • Oversee the renewal of company vehicle insurance and road tax, and schedule servicing and repairs.
  • Manage bookings for company shared cars and meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate the distribution of company assets such as stationery, company T-shirts, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is an advantage.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Willing to work at Kapar.
