**Role Overview**
As the On-Site Marketing and Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing on-site marketing initiatives and events to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business objectives. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless on-site experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive on-site marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Plan and execute on-site events, conferences, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, booth setup, staffing, and post-event evaluations.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all on-site marketing materials and events.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- Develop strategies to generate leads and engage customers during on-site events.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of on-site marketing initiatives and events.
- Develop and manage budgets for on-site marketing activities and events.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials, swag, and giveaways for on-site marketing activities.
- Analyze post-event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in on-site marketing and event management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools.
