We are seeking a motivated **Full-Time Ads Specialist **to join our rapidly growing team. If you have a passion for social media advertising and are looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you
- **Responsibilities**_
- Design and execute ad campaigns across digital platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and craft engaging ad copy.
- Optimise campaigns for specific demographics, utilising audience segmentation to enhance targeting.
- Analyse key metrics (impressions, CTRs, conversion rates) and conduct A/B tests for optimisation.
- Prepare performance reports for clients and team members.
- Proactively suggest campaign improvements.
- Manage client advertising budgets to align with their objectives.
- Guide clients on optimal advertising strategies for various platforms.
- Liaise with clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet project goals and expectations.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**_
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in digital advertising, preferably including hands-on experience with setting up and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads. Prior experience in a social media/advertising agency is a plus
- Native or fluent in English
- Proficient in keyword research and developing targeted ad copy.

This is a hybrid role located in Kuala Lumpur.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
