We are actively seeking a dedicated professional with a strong passion for the outlet supervisor role, committed to driving exceptional success collaboratively.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum **Diploma or Bachelor's Degree** in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least **2 years of experience** in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple outlets effectively.
- Willing to travel between outlets within the assigned region.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure consistent performance and service standards.
- Supervise outlet supervisors and staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve company goals and KPIs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all outlets by handling escalated issues and providing support to outlet teams.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock transfers between branches, and ensure proper stock management.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Analyze sales reports, prepare performance reviews, and report directly to senior management.
- Drive operational excellence, resolve challenges proactively, and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee promotional activities, staff scheduling, and cost control measures.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
