Produce accurate and detailed architectural and structural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software.
- Perform calculations for material weight and prepare materials take-off lists.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical documentation.
- Liaise with architects, ID consultants, and other stakeholders to execute proper drawing documentation.
- Perform site surveys and site checks to prepare working or as-built drawings as required.
- Check drawings, construction work, and materials to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and municipality requirements.
- Identify and communicate potential design problems to the team and assist in resolving them.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, building codes, and architectural practices.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting processes and methods.
- Assist the immediate superior with new product designs and sample preparation.

**Job Requirement**:

- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and prefer **mandarin speaker** as need to liaise with the China client.
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or Advance Steel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate efficiently with the design team.
- Temporary will be available to work in Seksyen 15, Shah Alam.
- Full-time position (s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
