Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Responsibilities**: - To handle all daily works/ operational on processing of Bank Guarantee / Standby Letter of Credit / Islamic Bank Guarantee /Standby Letter of Credit / Advising Guarantee and related works. - To monitor and follow up closely on pending items of the Department, relating to daily operational work with aim of no occurrence of long pending. - To assist in daily operational & related works on processing of loans as and when requested by Head of Department of Loans Operation Dept. - To verify signature on loan / guarantee documents and other documents related to loans operation department. - Check and chop account vouchers relating to loans and guarantees. - To liaise with CBD/TBD/Legal and customer on BG related matters. - Review daily reports, day-end balancing to ensure completeness of processing for the day. - To assist in daily administrative duties and ensure all being completed on timely manner. - To respond and follow-up on all SWIFT inquiries (if any) in timely manner. - To stand-in for any officer in the department during his/her absence and perform his/her functions accordingly and also any new assignments or internal job rotation that are delegated from time to time by the Department Manager. **Requirements**: - Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution; - Knowledge on SWIFT messages will be an added advantage; - A good team player who is time-sensitive; - Meticulous and detail oriented. Dedicated to ensure all works assigned by Vice President/Head of Department are completed with promptly and accurately; - Proficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with employees or external customers/client; - Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
