Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Supervise and oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable and financial transactions.
- Handle tax-related matters; knowledge in taxation is an added advantage.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts and incoming payments in accordance with company policies.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Monitor and control payables/creditors to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Generate detailed reports on accounts payable status and financial performance.
- Facilitate invoice payments by sending reminders and liaising with clients when necessary.
- Manage and maintain an efficient filing system for financial records and daily operations.
- Assist in developing and reviewing internal operating policies, inventory management, and cost control measures.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, ensuring strong team performance and professional growth.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred: Malaysian Chinese (due to communication requirements with China-based vendors).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public practice or outsourcing accounting as supervispr or manager post.
- Proficiency in SQL Accounting, XERO, SPC Tax Comp, and other widely used accounting and tax software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A good team player with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
