We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Event Coordinator cum Admin to support our event management team in planning and executing corporate events. This role also involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth project coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Event Coordination & Support: Assist in planning and executing event-related tasks, ensuring all timelines, materials, and logistics are well managed.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office and project administrative work including documentation, quotation follow-up, and record keeping.
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with clients and vendors to collect information, prepare documents, and ensure clear alignment on deliverables.
- Proposal & Reporting: Assist in preparing proposals, event decks, and post-event reports.
- Team Assistance: Support the event team in scheduling, data entry, and other coordination tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in event coordination or administrative work is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
