**Reporting to Chief Compliance Officer**

**Job Purpose**:

- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer
- Providing support to Compliance Division team in relation to luncheon, social events, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel/accommodation arrangements, scheduling for internal/external staff training and mail processing.
- Processing business operational reports and departmental monthly expenses reports.
- Liaison officer between all impacted departments to ensure proper communication and reporting practices.
- Managing capital purchases, direct vendor relations, generating and maintaining equipment tracking records.
- Assist in ensuring proper filing for Compliance Division.
**Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities**
- Administrative functions
- Management level Meeting
- Preparing booklets for ERMC, BRMC, BAC, BOARD
- Coordinator for Internal/External Meetings
- Booking for Travelling & Accommodations
- Booking for Transportations
- Assist to coordinate internal training
- Assist to register external courses/training
- Administrative support
- Preparing Visa Applications/Visa Submissions
- Coordinator for Internal Department
- Coordinator for External Visitors to Compliance Division
- Coordinator for Internal/External Auditors
- Preparing payment for Vendors/Suppliers
- Coordinator for Vendors/Suppliers and maintaining equipment tracking record
- Monthly monitor and ensure all Credit file are in order/filing/housekeeping for Compliance Division
- To ensure documents are in order/available during internal and external auditing inspection
**Qualifications/ Certifications**:

- Qualification - Degree/Diploma from any university
**Experiences / Knowledge**:

- Must have at least 1 year working experience
**Skill / Competences**:

- Strong MS Excel skills
- Able to work in tight deadlines and stressful situation
- Ability to multi-task
- Good command of English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
