Front Office Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise the Front Office team to deliver professional and warm guest service
- Oversee check-in/check-out operations, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt, effective resolution
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth daily operations
- Manage front office budgets, reports, and scheduling
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office operations _(resort or hotel environment preferred)_
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia _(additional languages an advantage)_
- Customer-oriented with a genuine passion for guest service
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of hotel PMS systems

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
