**JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR**

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects
- Liaises with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out an evaluation
- Ensure standard documentation is used when presenting any external information.
- Ensure deadlines are actively managed and progress is reported to supervisors as required.
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Follow the company’s quality assurance process on all projects.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports on project costs and financial performance
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry regulations
- Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and contract administration
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and priority

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
