**QUANTITY SURVEYOR**
- Prepare contract documents in accordance to approved specifications
- Undertaking cost analysis for projects and defect rectification works.
- Familiar and updated on market rates and price movements
- To handle overall pre and post project activities including project evaluation, sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors, review and preparation of cost analysis and comparison, analyze and prepare quantity taking measurements, and etc.
- Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates including drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines, cost estimations, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc.
- Accountable for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order and final accounts.
- Collaborate with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Co-ordinate with finance department on payment related matters, monitoring monthly projection of cash flow, physical report for on-going project.
- Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary.
- Prepare/verify payment certificates and finalize final account of projects.

**Ad-hoc tasks**
- Assisting in other urgent related matters as per Management instruction.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the related field
- Pleasant personality, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills to interact with all parties
- Computer literate with good skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Familiar with AutoCAD software
- Able to meet deadline
- Posses own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
