Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Kota Kinabalu. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects from the initial calculations to the final figures. The day-to-day tasks will involve cost control and cost planning, preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), cost management throughout the project, and regular cost reporting to stakeholders. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the project stays within budget and meets the required standards.
