What You'll Do
  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
  • Evaluate quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Manage progress claims, VO, and final accounts.
  • Track budgets and forecast project costs.
  • Support project managers in cost control and documentation.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction/interior projects.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and good with numbers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and costing software.
