**The Opportunity**
Our partner, an established major distributor of top-quality and technologically advanced medical equipment and consumables, is growing its Project Management team and looking to hire a Project Coordinator to be based in Manila
The Project Coordinator will work with members of the project team to manage project administration, develop timelines, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure objectives are met on time. This role will be required to multitask and manage multiple project workstreams as well as balance priorities.
As Project Coordinator, you have an important role in our transformation journey. You will drive organization in some of our business-critical projects and work within a high performing, inclusive and enthusiastic team. Your passion for organization and eye for detail will be celebrated as you collaborate with a wide range of business stakeholders.
You will be directly reporting to the Program Manager - Transformation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of the project diary, scheduling of meetings and documenting minutes and actions discussed during each meeting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project schedules and work plans are managed in a timely manner as per direction.
- Manage all associated administrative tasks of projects.
- Preparation of project status and update presentations.
- Coordinate compiling, and organization of documentation across Project for Audit readiness and information retention.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by Program Manager.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Possess at least 2+ years’ experience in administration.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experienced in building valuable relationships and liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- The ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines.
- Strong time management skills and practices a proactive approach.
**Desirable Experience / Skills**
- Previous experience using Smartsheets.
- Previous experience using SAP.
- Experience in Project coordination.
- Experience in inclusion and collaboration.
