**Location: Menara TM, Bangsar**

**Job description**:
Monitor and execute first level support for the network and service restoration through Fault Management & Troubleshooting Network Operation Centre (NOC) for customer service resolutions. Provision customer service through the Network Management System (NMS). Activities include but not limited to:

- Perform task as a call centre and operational support, opening trouble tickets and problem escalation
- Handle customer concerns and problems through the telephone.
- Execute customer circuit testing via NMS performance
- Monitor Plan Maintenance activity
- Involve in projects
- Prepare reports as and when required

**Salary package**:

- Basic salary - RM2,000
- Shift allowance - RM150
- Mobile claim - RM59 exclude tax for unifi mobile only
- Overtime

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology /Electronic and Electrical / Network/ Telecommunication
- Computer literate, willing to learn new things
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,150.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
