Accounts Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform data entry for financial transactions (account receivables, payables and journals, which normally includes invoices, payments, receipts, staff claims and journal vouchers)
- Prepare and upload payments and liaise with relevant parties for payments approval.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and update cash books.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable and liaise with external parties for discrepancies solution.
- Prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) as part of the periodical account closing process or as and when requested by Superior.
- Assist in audits or internal reviews when required.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and files in an organized manner for easy access.
- Submit data to consolidation system of the Group.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Superior.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- **
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and data entry (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Diligent, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently to meet the deadlines and is a responsible person for own work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
