Ensures all cooks are well groomed, in proper chef uniform and of acceptable personal hygienic.
- Supervise and guide all Commis Cooks under his direct supervision.
- Supervise the preparation of food items in the Section Kitchen and is responsible for the food quality.
- Always maintains a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Tastes and approves all dishes before they leave the kitchen. Ensures all dishes served strictly follows standard recipes and presentation set by the Executive Chef.
- Works closely with other Section Head, Stewarding Team, Banqueting Staff and Service Staff for smooth operations.
- To ensure safe working conditions at all times, and notifies Engineering Department if there are any defects for repairs.
- Even though the Chef de Parties is assigned to a specific station with which he must be completely familiar with he may be relocated either temporarily or permanently in the course of service to help on another station.
- He ensures all policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
