**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and staffing**
- You may be involved in attracting, selecting, and hiring new employees. This includes writing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
**Employee on boarding and offboarding**
- You might handle the process of integrating new employees into the organization, providing them with necessary training, and managing the paperwork when an employee leaves the company.
**Employee relations**
- You may be responsible for fostering positive relationships between employees and the organization. This can involve addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a healthy work environment.
**Performance management**
- You might be involved in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, conducting evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.
**Compensation and benefits**
- You could play a role in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
**Policy developemnt and compliance**
- You may contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with labor laws and regulations.
**Training and development**
- You might coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, aligning them with the organization's goals and objectives.
**HR administration**
- You may handle various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR-related documentation.
**Requirement**
- Able to start work immediately would be added advantage
- Possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR/ Administration or related field
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
