About Us

With an expanding presence in both local and international markets, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales growth across Malaysia.

Role Overview

The National Sales Manager will oversee and drive nationwide sales operations, managing relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, and key partners. You will develop strategies, build and lead the sales team, and be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and grow key accounts (hospitals, retail chains, distributors).
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team across regions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and management to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
- Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales management (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
