**Job Summary**

We are looking for a high-performing and strategic Sales & Channel Manager to lead and expand our national and regional beverage distribution network. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, optimizing trade partnerships, and implementing effective sell-out strategies across multiple sales channels, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional partners. **Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Implement sell-out initiatives to increase off-take and market penetration at high-volume outlets.
- Analyze and manage trade spend, pricing structures, and gross margins to maintain profitability.
- Track sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth across channels and territories.

**Channel & Partner Management**
- Identify, appoint, and develop a strong network of distributors, retailers, and partners nationwide.
- Regularly review distributor performance and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, resolve channel conflicts, and optimize channel coverage.
- Design and implement trade programs and channel-specific promotions that boost visibility and sales.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives and merchandisers to meet channel objectives.
- Set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and develop talent within the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of A&P campaigns in key outlets.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Monitor and report on channel sales performance, forecast accuracy, and ROI from trade activities.
- Utilize CRM or ERP systems to track customer data, sales pipelines, and territory performance.
- Partner with finance and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, timely delivery, and channel-level inventory control.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales and distribution experience, preferably in Ready-To-Drink (RTD) or Ready-To-Eat (RTE) industries.
- Proven success in channel development, key account management, and distributor relations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Ready-To-Drink (RTD) or Ready-To-Eat (RTE) industries: 5 years (required)
